AI adoption in 2025 is key to your business succeeding
The AI you’ve been waiting for is already here.

If you’re waiting for AI to “get good enough” to start integrating it into your business...
You’re about to miss out on something massive.
And this isn’t the usual tech hype — just an honest prediction 👆
Here’s the deal:
The changes in AI’s capabilities over the last couple of years have been dramatic.
Meanwhile, the average Joe is still stuck in 2022, picturing AI as that quirky chatbot that would confidently tell you Paris is the capital of Germany.
You can’t blame them, either.
The first AI tools that hit the market were... let's be honest... a bit rough around the edges 😅
They could write and analyze, but they needed constant hand-holding and fact-checking to be truly useful.
But now?
It’s a totally different story.
The tools we have today are light-years ahead of the early versions.
And there’s a huge gap between what people think AI can do and what it's actually capable of.
Which is why…
2025 will be the year that savvy businesses profit from the public’s skepticism.
Smart companies are already using this disconnect to pull ahead, while their competitors are still wondering if they should dip their toes in.
And it’s not because they’re tech wizards.
They just understood an important principle:
AI isn’t a magic button that instantly transforms your business.
It’s more like onboarding a new employee.
Let’s use AI agents as a specific example…
(These are basically LLMs on steroids — they can interact with other software, operate autonomously, and execute complex tasks.)
Common wisdom says creating a good agent is tough.
But in reality, like a human employee, an AI agent just needs a little time to learn the ropes — how to think, what processes to follow, and the exact outcomes you’re looking for.
And once it’s up and running...
It becomes the most dependable member of your team!
AI doesn’t get tired... or distracted by office politics... or, call out sick because it’s “not feeling it” today 🥴
It just keeps on working.
And with the right setup, AI agents can deliver far better and more consistent results than what you’d expect from low-level (or maybe even mid-level) employees.
Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google, put it best:
“Imagine that each and every human on the planet has their own programmer that actually does what they want... as opposed to the programmers that work for me, who don’t do what I ask!”
There’s a kernel of truth buried in that joke.
Because pretty soon, AI won’t just be a luxury... it’ll be a necessity!
This email is the first of a three-part series.
